This program is comprised of a physical 8x11.5 Journal, with clear cover and backing and silky smooth pages for you to have a luxurious pen to paper manifestation experience.
The time commitment is 31-days, with each daily challenge ranging from a few minutes up to an hour.
Most of the audios are under 10 minutes in length, and the assignments range anywhere from taking yourself out on a solo date to making a list of your favorite mocktails. You can access each audio file by scanning the corresponding QR codes contained within the journal.
Every single day is different for this 31-day challenge, but all feature a combination of audio, journaling and assignment based challenges, with a checklist to keep track of your progress.
